Ser Nikolas by Nephany
Ser Nikolas
Hehehe. Okay, bear in mind that I don't know how to use Photoshop just yet. However the struggle is real and digital art is more affordable, so I'm-a-gonna give this a go. :) (Smile)

I know it looks like a marsupial, but it's supposed to be a portrait of a fur-family member who passed away a few years ago. He had multiple, multiple, multiple seizures and had to be rushed to the night-time clinic, however there was nothing that they could do.

The person we'd bought rescued him from named him "Puffy", but I thought he shared a lot of characteristics with the little Raccoon in Disney's Pocahontas, so I named him "Meeko". My in-laws couldn't ever get his name straight and always referred to him as "Niko" as in "Nikolas". He also went by the nickname "Hip Hop" (because he'd hop around for treats) and "El Diablo" (because my Mother-in-law thought he looked like one).

P.s. he was blind when he first came home with us, so his eyes were always sort of...distant. Nod

I know his eyes are out of place, but I don't know how to move them around without redrawing. If you have any helpful Photoshop hints, do share. :D
Robert and Rhaegar by Nephany
Robert and Rhaegar
Cholo is dressed as Rhaegar Targaryen. He made a very good Rhaegar on account of his long-leggedness and blonde locks.

Sable is dressed as Robert Baratheon. I thought he made a good Robert on account of his stockiness. (And he's a bully).

The doogles won the best dressed contest at the Beverly Hills Woofstock event this year (there were three winners; no firsts, seconds, or thirds). They met the mayor and received a paper certificate. We also got a toooooooonnnnn of treats at the event. TREEEEATS!

The costumes are really makeshift. In fact, they've practically fallen apart already. They're made of cardboard (of storage boxes I knicked from work), yarn to hold the different sections together, black india ink, some rhinestones I snagged at Walmart, and a hacked up old skirt that sort of looked like chainmail.

I tore their costumes off immediately after the judging, so they're naked for their Meet-the-Mayor photo. It was outrageously hot. :|
